Welcome Reception: We will meet in the hotel lobby at 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 14th for a welcome cocktail reception to kick off the event.
The Brand Camp sessions will begin on Wednesday, October 15th at 8:00am and will end on October 17th after breakfast at the hotel
Health & Safety
For entry to Argentina
Yellow Fever: Argentina does not require a yellow fever vaccination certificate for entry. However, vaccination is recommended for travelers coming from areas with a risk of yellow fever transmission.
Exit from Argentina
Countries Requiring a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: Some countries require travelers arriving from Argentina to present a yellow fever vaccination certificate, especially if they have visited areas within Argentina where yellow fever is endemic.
The World Health Organization (WHO) updates a list of countries requiring this certificate annually. You can check the latest list on the WHO website or contact the consulate or embassy of your destination country for specific requirements.

COVID-19
COVID-19 Travelling Information
Since August 24th 2022, it is not required to present anymore neither the affidavit “Declaración Jurada”, a COVID-19 test, nor a COVID-19 health insurance to enter Argentina for Argentine Citizens, Foreign Residents and Non-Resident Foreigners. It is also not required to do the quarantine.
In the case a COVID-19 positive or potential suspected case is detected or reported while entering Argentina, the case will proceed according to the same prevention and control measures of any acute breath infection.
It is not required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Argentina.
Climate & Clothing
Average temperatures in Buenos Aires are between 13°C and 22°C in October.
You should bring comfortable clothes and shoes to walk and wear smart casual dress code for your dinners.
Consider bringing a waterproof windbreaker in case of rain-showers.
Foreign Exchange & Expenses
The current currency in Argentina, is the ARS Argentine Peso: 1 US $ = 1,068.00 ARS (in date of March 27, 2025).
The US Dollar can be accepted in most places (price according to the same day exchange rate) and ATMs are available throughout hotels and shopping centers.
Otherwise, international cards are accepted everywhere.
Luggage
Be careful, with the permitted weight from air companies.
You will have to present your baggage to the safety check and the liquids not complying with the restrictions are likely to be discarded.

The standard voltage in Buenos Aires is 230 volts/50Hz: Plugs are type C and I.

The taxi ride from Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) to the Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center takes between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
The average taxi fare for this route varies. Some estimates suggest a cost of around $27–$38 USD), with a possible 20% surcharge for trips after 10:00 PM.

Passport and visa requirements are liable to change at short notice. You are then strongly advised to check your entry requirements with your embassy and consulate related to your own nationality.
If needed: In order to support the visa request do not hesitate to ask us for any booking confirmations, invitation letter, etc.
Insurance
For stays under 90 days, regardless of whether one is travelling for leisure or on business, assistance and repatriation insurance is mandatory. Therefore, please remember to bring with you details about your adequate and valid individual or company group travel insurance.
